Coaching is a relatively new methodology that Occupational Therapists are finding they can incorporate into their current OT Practice. Now for the first time in Australia, a training program is offered specifically adapted for preparing an 'OT Coach'. Understand how coaching helps both you and your clients to achieve goals. Understand how you can better support your clients while at the same time growing yourself.
In this five-day course (and 9 follow-up teleclasses), two International Coach Federation (ICF*) Master Certified Coaches (MCC) will lead the class to enable you to qualify for ICF credentials and certification to coach your current and new clients. Coaching is one of the 10 core competencies listed in the CAOT 'Enabling Occupational Therapy II'. Having confidence and skill in this approach can be vital to move forward as OT practitioners and to grow YOURSELF and YOUR PRACTICE.
Seize this opportunity to join other OT's and expand your professional tool kit!
Designed for: Occupational Therapists with a feeling it is time for change; OT's who are looking for something MORE to add to their practice; OT's who have had their own coach and know the value of coaching and now want to incorporate coaching their clients into their practice; any OT who is curious as to how and why coaching works; any OT who wants ongoing Professional Development.
